All full time faculty at IUPUI go through several reviews and reappointment processes, aside from promotion and tenure. There is an annual performance review which takes place in January or February, uses information in Digital Measures Activity Insight (DMAI) and covers the previous calendar year.
Not-yet-tenured and non-tenure-track faculty are reappointed (their appointment end dates are extended) one year before expiration (less time for those in their first or second years).
