Faculty Affairs Issues: Who Does What?

The following is current as of July 1st, 2023. It will be revised as needed.

Sabbaticals:  

• Processing, status: Karen Lee
• Eligibility (length of service, etc.): Karen Lee

Leaves:

• Processing is mainly within the school.
  • Partial leaves  must be handled by Rachel Applegate and Biannca Yates

Retirement or resignation:

• Emeritus requests (send to ude[dot]iupui[at]rhdaca): Karen Lee

Reappointments:

• Letters, notifications: The campus does not send routine reappointment letters.  If a faculty member requests one specifically, email acadhr@iupui.edu
