AC (1, 2, 3) Hiring Guide

All offer letters must include a notification of the vaccine requirement (until further notice). This applies to all employees, whether adjunct or full time, whether teaching online or in person, whether remote or on campus.

AC1: must be at least 75%.

AC2: do not exceed 75% FTE in any term, across all IU institutions (6 credits for summer, 9 credits across fall; with irregular terms, consider the combination across the academic year.). Include a copy of the appointment letter in the e-doc .
- AC3: for new appointments, please use this form and attach to the HIRE e-doc.
IUSM: only tenure-track appointments go through OAA.
