Dossier Samples

The following samples are model dossiers from the 2008-09, 2009-10 or 2010-11 P&T cycle. Documents within each group are listed by the candidate's area of excellence and school. 2008-09 and 2009-10 files contain the candidate's statement and curriculum vitae; however, some contain additional information as noted (*). Files from the 2010-11 cycle contain all information from the candidate's portion of the dossier (Sections 05-09) and are tagged "NEW FORMAT". Because we only use exemplary dossiers as samples each faculty category is not represented.

Please remember that your dossier must adhere to the current Dean of the Faculties Guidelines for Preparing and Reviewing Promotion and Tenure Dossiers.

As of August 2011, a new CV format for faculty on the IUPUI campus was developed. It will be incorporated into the 2012-2013 Guidelines. To see it, click here.
