Reaccreditation

In 2012, the IUPUI campus will be evaluated by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association as part of the re-accreditation process based on their criteria.

As the PULs are a fundamental cornerstone of undergraduate education at IUPUI, it is prudent that the campus has a plan to assess the integration and implementation of the PULs into the curriculum and to also assess student attainment of the PULs. In 2012, the IUPUI campus will be evaluated by the North Central Association as part of the re-accreditation process. A major portion of the re-accreditation plan will be focused on how successful the campus has been in developing and implementing an educational plan focused on the PULs. Each school/department has reviewed each course in their curriculum to determine what PULs are emphasized and summarized these data into a course matrix. Over the next several years each course in the matrix will be evaluated using a prepared schedule to review student attainment of the PULs.
