The IUPUI ePortfolio Initiative is under the oversight of Mary L. Fisher, Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Associate Dean of the Faculties. Day-to-day management of the Initiative is the responsibility of an ePortfolio Coordinating Committee, composed of representatives of major collaborating administrative units. Current membership includes:
- Susan Kahn, Director, ePortfolio Initiative, and Director, Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Planning and Institutional Improvement
- Richard E. Ward, Executive Director, Center for Research and Learning and Professor of Anthropology and Dentistry
- Debra Dunlap Runshe, Instructional Development Specialist, University Information Technology Services
- Lynn Ward, Principal Systems Analyst, Academic and Faculty Services, University Information Technology Services
- Mark Alexander, Instructional Technology Consultant, Center for Teaching and Learning
